Performance, sync, organisation
- Incremental PDF saves: only the appended bytes cross the bridge and are written to disk; automatic compaction.
- Device cache and sync engine: automatic, periodic or manual sync, Wi-Fi only, sync on leave, keep offline; offline queue and per-annotation merge with a conflict copy as fallback; resumable Drive uploads with progress.
- Sync status in the library, per-document marks, an editor sync chip, a sync center and plain-language messages.
